بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ

  1. 95:1

    وَالتِّيْنِ وَالزَّيْتُوْنِۙ

    Wattiini wazzaituun(i)

    By the fig and the olive;

  2. 95:2

    وَطُوْرِ سِيْنِيْنَۙ

    Wathuuri siiniin(a)

    and by the Mount Sinai,

  3. 95:3

    وَهٰذَا الْبَلَدِ الْاَمِيْنِۙ

    Wahadzaal baladil amiin(i)

    and by this city (of Makkah), a haven of peace:

  4. 95:4

    لَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا الْاِنْسَانَ فِيْٓ اَحْسَنِ تَقْوِيْمٍۖ

    Laqad khalaqnaa-insaana fii ahsani taqwiim(in)

    surely We created man in the best mould;

  5. 95:5

    ثُمَّ رَدَدْنٰهُ اَسْفَلَ سَافِلِيْنَۙ

    Tsumma radadnaahu asfala saafiliin(a)

    then We reverted him to the lowest of the low,

  6. 95:6

    اِلَّا الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا وَعَمِلُوا الصّٰلِحٰتِ فَلَهُمْ اَجْرٌ غَيْرُ مَمْنُوْنٍۗ

    Ilaal-ladziina aamanuu wa'amiluush-shaalihaati falahum ajrun ghairu mamnuun(in)

    except those who have faith and do righteous deeds. Theirs is a never ending reward.

  7. 95:7

    فَمَا يُكَذِّبُكَ بَعْدُ بِالدِّيْنِۗ

    Famaa yukadz-dzibuka ba'du biddiin(i)

    Who, then, can give the lie to you, (O Prophet), about the Reward and the Punishment?

  8. 95:8

    اَلَيْسَ اللّٰهُ بِاَحْكَمِ الْحٰكِمِيْنَ ࣖ

    Alaisallahu bi-ahkamil haakimiin(a)

    Is not Allah the Greatest of all sovereigns?
