بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ

  1. 94:1

    اَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَۙ

    Alam nasyrah laka shadrak(a)

    (O Prophet), Did We not lay open your breast

  2. 94:2

    وَوَضَعْنَا عَنْكَ وِزْرَكَۙ

    Wawadha'naa 'anka wizrak(a)

    and relieve you of the burden

  3. 94:3

    الَّذِيْٓ اَنْقَضَ ظَهْرَكَۙ

    Al-ladzii anqadha zhahrak(a)

    that had well-nigh broken your back?

  4. 94:4

    وَرَفَعْنَا لَكَ ذِكْرَكَۗ

    Warafa'naa laka dzikrak(a)

    And did We not exalt your fame?

  5. 94:5

    فَاِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًاۙ

    Fa-inna ma'al 'usri yusran

    Indeed, there is ease with hardship.

  6. 94:6

    اِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًاۗ

    Inna ma'al 'usri yusran

    Most certainly, there is ease with hardship.

  7. 94:7

    فَاِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَانْصَبْۙ

    Fa-idzaa faraghta faanshab

    So, whenever you are free, strive in devotion,

  8. 94:8

    وَاِلٰى رَبِّكَ فَارْغَبْ ࣖ

    Wa-ila rabbika faarghab

    and turn to your Lord with longing.
